Where is my stuff?
As our magical ski elves go through the process of picking, packing and shipping your order, you should receive email updates along the way. Make sure your junk-mail filters accept the email address, online@starthaus.com.
To check the status of your order online, log into your starthaus.com account to view your order history. If your order has shipped, there will be a tracking number listed in your order details. You should also receive an email containing your tracking number from the UPS or USPS website.
How long will it take to get here?
Shipment time varies depending on the service you have selected. If you place your order before 1pm Pacific Standard Time, Monday through Friday, it will ship the same day. If you absolutely have to get something by a certain date, UPS 3-Day, UPS 2nd Day or UPS Next Day air service is advised, as UPS guarantees these delivery dates. If it is past 1pm PST, and you require expedited service, please call.

How much will it cost to ship X to Y?
We offer a shipping cost estimator tool, and you don't need to sign in or create an account to use it. To figure out your exact shipping costs, add all of the products you would like to your shopping cart. Then click on your shopping cart. At the bottom of the cart there is a link, ESTIMATED SHIPPING CHARGES. This will open a pop-up window so you can calculate your shipping costs before you buy.
What shipping services do you provide?
We ship via UPS Ground, UPS 3-day, UPS 2nd Day Air, UPS Next Day Air and USPS Priority mail within the United States. Outside of the USA, we offer UPS Worldwide Expedited and UPS Standard to Canada. Note: A delivery signature is required unless you specify otherwise in the order comments.
International Shipping
To ship internationally, simply select your designated country during checkout. We only use UPS for our international shipments. It's the safest and most reliable method available, it's insured and it offers full tracking information. International shipments may be subject to customs, tariff, duty, and Value added Tax (VAT). We cannot list your package as a "gift."

In some areas, UPS will deliver packages to your Post Office box. Please check with your Post Office before selecting UPS as a shipment method. Your other option is to select USPS Priority mail as your shipping method.
